Review - Collection Naturally Radiant Foundation.

Sorry For The Poop Photo.
You know when you get the urge to have a clear out and you find things you never knew you had, wells that’s how I rediscovered this little fella. I found him hiding in the bottom of my makeup draw; yes I have a whole draw! Anywhoo I thought ‘hey I obviously bought you for a reason so I’ll give you a go’ and I am so glad I did because I love it!

It’s a liquid foundation; it isn’t too runny or solid as I find some to be. The texture I feel is just right. It covered so well and was really easy to blend in. I’ve applied it with both my hands and my face brush and I get the same results every time, a fresh, natural look!

What I loved about it:

·        Unfortunately I have an uneven skin tone, boo! But this amazing foundation evened out my skin tone and made it all look the same shade and texture.
·        My skin didn’t feel clogged up or ‘heavy’ in make-up it felt like it could still breathe, I loved that!
·        You don’t need to use a lot of this foundation to get a good coverage, I used the smallest amount and it covered my whole face. So with this one less is definitely more.
·        It gave me a fresh natural look that required little else being done to it.
·        My skin was left looking radiant and I mean radiant! It looked like it had its own natural glow.

I have fallen head over heels in love with this foundation and I know that I am going to be using it for a while now. What it does to my skin is just amazing and the way it makes me look and feel, well my self-esteem cannot be touched. I just feel so naturally beautiful and fresh when I wear it, I don’t think I could ever boost that point enough. So if you’re looking for a foundation to give you a natural look and a radiant finish I strongly suggest you try this one. Its AWESOME and I guarantee you wont regret it.

Sorry For The Even Pooper Photo.

New Hair And Little Finds.

As it’s a new year I fancied a change, nothing to drastic but I wanted to see a subtle difference to my appearance. So I decided that twelve years was long enough to rock the side fringe/bangs and I got a full fringe cut in. At first I was a little uneasy and I didn’t like it, change is bad, but after a few hours and a lot of styling I decided I actually quite liked it, but I still don’t like the way it makes my eyes look so ill have to fix that, make up wise of course.
New Year New Hair

So as I got my haircut it was an excuse to go out and buy some new products, yay, yay, YAY! I went into Superdrug, as I know they have some good deals on at the moment, and I bought myself some:

·        VO5 Plump It Up Back Combing Spray: I have heard some great things about this product from my friends so I wanted to try it out myself. Apparently it gives voluptuous volume, really excited to test this one out, eeeppp!! RRP £3.79
·        VO5 Give Me Texture Spray: Again heard great reviews from my friends and anything that says it’s going to give me texture is automatically added to my basket. RRP £3.79
*These were on offer for buy one get one-half price.

On my wander round the shop I ended up at the make-up section, how did that happen? Gravity, must be, Anyway I came across the Makeup Academy section and they had a deal on too. I haven’t heard much about this brand but I’ll give anything a go once. Some of the things they had were actually really nice and I saw many things I LOVED! I managed to restrain myself though and I only got:
·        MUA Blusher Shade Lolly: The shade of this blusher is so gorgeous! It’s a nice light peachy colour and will look lovely on the apples of my cheeks.
·        MUA Blusher Shade Bon Bon: This shade is beautiful! A really nice girly deep pink, this will also look lovely on my cheeks.
*Both were on offer at £1 (each).
·        MUA Felt Liner: No I am useless at applying liquid eye liner, so I cant wait to try this one out. RRP £2

I can’t wait to try these new products and new little discoveries out. EeeKkk I’m way too excited about this.

Review - Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer.

Ok so to start off with I would like to say that I have a real complex with my under eye circles! I hate them, and to me they look like dark cloaks covering my face! So when I found this little beauty I fell in LOVE!
I was a bit dubious at first because I have tried many concealers that haven’t worked. I read some great reviews about this little guy and many top beauty YouTubers recommended it also, so I thought I’m going to give it ago. I’ve been using it for about a month now and I am so happy with the results. It covers my dark circles COMPLETELY and any impurities I have VANISH!

It comes in a cylinder with a wand applicator, which is also the lid. It’s a creamy/liquid consistency, which makes it so easy to blend in. You can use your hand or a face brush to do this, I prefer to use a brush as I feel it covers better and is easier to blend in. I only used a small amount and it still covered my vile bags. So you don’t need to use a lot of it to cover at all. Well I’ve had it for a month, I use it everyday and I still have half a cylinder left. Yay!

Overall I am so impressed with the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. It is the best I have ever used and it will be on my shopping list for years to come. Thank you Collection for producing this eye bag fight, spot hiding, little warrior.

It comes in a range of colours: fair, light, medium and deep. It’s available at Boot, Superdrug and other reputable retail stores. RRP £4.19

Lush review - The Comforter.

Oh my goodness, so to start of with I would like to say that the scent of this bubble bath is A-MA-ZING!! The key ingredient Blackcurrant gives it that lovely sweet smell. When I walked into the shop it was like my nose was leading the way to this gorgeous little bubble bar. It was out of my hand and in my basket quicker than a chocolate bar, and they go pretty quick!

This little slab of berryliciousness looks like a creation from Dr Seuss with is tie-dyed swirls of pink and white.  It’s really soft and ‘smooshy’ like a dried out spoonful of ice cream I love that not one slab of comforter looks the same they are all vary in their berry looks. Its quite a big portion so its estimated to last you at least five baths, I can say that I have used mine for about seven and I still have loads left over. I think its because you don’t need to use a huge amount. I used small pieces and still got a mass of bubbly bubbleness.
Sorry for the poop photo.
I broke off a small amount and crumbled it under the water and almost instantly the bubbles started to appear, my bath water also went a beautiful shade of deep pink. I felt like I was bathing in a giant berry smoothie. What I loved most about it though is that the smell I loved so much never left; in fact it filled my whole bathroom with its berry scent so I truly did feel comforted, it was like I was wrapped in a big berry hug.
My skin felt as it also does when I use Lush AMAZING, so soft and soothed. It also left my skin with the faint smell of berries, so I went to bed smelling like a blackcurrant, wit woo!
